The
shipping carrier we use is USPS (United States Postal Service). If you decide to use a different
carrier such as FEDex or UPS, please notify us of the change. We will ship Express/Overnight or Priority. The cost for shipping for Express Mail will be $20.00
with guarantee.
The cost of Priority mail will be $10.00 with no guarantee. This includes a shipping box and
a tracking number. You keep can keep the box. An order can be combined
with multiple orders of fish to save on shipment. We can ship up to two pairs,
4 fishes, at the same time. An additional cost will be added for each
added fish. |

All payments must be made in US dollars. We do
accept PayPal or US Postal money order.
Payments must be received before the fishes are shipped out. Depending
on the number of fishes in stock, we can hold a fish for you. The
time allowed on hold depends on the situation and the availability of
stock. If you have requested to hold a fish, but then decided not to
pursue the order, please notify us so the fishes can be placed off hold. |

Yes,
exchange of fish is available for Express Mail only. No warranty or
exchange on fish shipped with Priority Mail. All fishes shipped with
Express Mail should arrive alive and well. If at anytime an order is to
be placed, the fishes are made sure they are healthy and ready for the
trip before shipment. Please note that warranty does not extend to
replacement fishes. Customers will also have to pay for the shipment of
replacement fishes. |

In case of
severe weather due to cold, a heat pack will be added at no additional
charge. Depending on season of shipment and the destination, a heat pack
can be added accordingly. All boxes shipped will have "FRAGILE" indicted
on each side. For any other special instructions for shipping, please
notify us. |
